We are not liable for any gambling losses, debts, or harm arising from your wagering activity, regardless of what you track in PuntWise.

New accounts on iPhone are created with Sign in with Apple. If you already have an account, you may sign in with email and password. We no longer offer email sign-up. You are responsible for your Apple ID and, where applicable, your email login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@puntwise.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may browse parts of the app without signing in. To save bets and sync data across devices you need an account.

You must provide accurate profile information where applicable. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.

PuntWise offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("PuntWise Premium"). Premium features are unlocked via an in-app purchase managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The free tier lets you log up to 5 bets per calendar day. Analytics breakdowns and unlimited logging are Premium. PuntWise Premium is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription (currently A$3.99 per week, A$9.99 per month, or A$49.99 per year, billed through the App Store or Google Play). Monthly plans include a 3-day free trial and yearly plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. These limits and prices are subject to change.

You agree not to:

PuntWise, including its design, code, graphics, and written content, is owned by PuntWise Pty Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use PuntWise's intellectual property beyond what is required to use the app as intended.

Your betting data remains your own. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

PuntWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any AI-extracted bet data will be accurate. Always verify extracted bet details before accepting them.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any bookmaker, sports organisation, or gambling operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuntWise Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PuntWise shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim, or AUD $10, whichever is greater.

You may stop using PuntWise at any time and delete your account from Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the app poses a risk to us or other users. If your account is suspended, you will be signed out and may contact support@puntwise.app or continue using the app without signing in.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) will do so.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PuntWise after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will attempt to notify you within the app.
